ABOUT US

We are building a
future where intelligent automation is at anyone's fingertips.

It starts with developing AI systems that can reason about software at a fundamental level.

We're building a platform that understands not just how to write code, but how to transform ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Our Team

CodeWords is a workflow automation platform that allows you to turn natural language into powerful automations. We are bridging the gap between technical and non-technical users. Access code when you want to, and enjoy the UI when you don't. With over 2,700 integrations, we're redefining workflow-building. You no longer need to know how to code to build complex workflows.

We are engineers, researchers, and product experts from leading institutions, complemented by industry experience from places like Microsoft, Palantir, Meta, PolyAI, and TikTok.

We value low ego and high curiosity mindsets, outcome-driven work, the big vision and the smaller steps that get us there, and we keep users as our compass whilst tech is our engine.

Want to build the next generation of automation with us?

Aymeric Zhuo

co-founder & ceo

Aymeric leads Agemo with a vision to apply AI systems to build new product categories. He cares deeply about thoughtful interfaces and building with taste. Outside of work, you can find him playing pundit on geopolitics, hunting for bakeries or training for another marathon.

Osman Ramadan

co-founder & cto

Osman is the technical backbone of Agemo, shaping how we can blend state-of-the art AI systems to build novel product experiences. He’s spent the last decade developing efficient and scalable machine learning systems. Outside of work, he enjoys hacking away and spending time with his kids.

Jack Hogan

Technical Staff

Jack works on Agemo's core AI systems, with a focus on model development and performance optimisation. He enjoys sailing on the Thames and fine-tuning his Neapolitan pizza dough recipe.

Hassan Mir

Technical Staff

Hassan works across security, infrastructure, and platform engineering at Agemo, developing across the frontend and backend to bring product features to life. Outside of work, he’s into competitive racquet sports and enjoys beating his friends in PC gaming.

Isha Maggu

PRODUCT & DESIGN

Isha leads product and design at Agemo, and is driven by the desire to humanize technology through design. She’s especially interested in making AI more accessible and intuitive to interact with. Outside of work, you’ll find her at a yoga class or looking for sunny spots to bask in.

Shahel Khan

Technical Staff

Shahel works on Agemo’s core AI intelligence, focusing on novel techniques to evaluate AI systems' performance. He enjoys experimenting on the foundations of model architectures. Outside of engineering, he dabbles in philosophy, crafts his own poetry, and nurtures dreams of life as a farmer.

Amman Vedi

Technical Staff

Amman works across Product, defining what needs to be built, and Engineering where he focuses on injecting as much joy into our front end experiences as possible. He's particularly interested in design systems and functional programming. Outside of work you'll either find him running or hacking on his next app idea.

Rebecca Pearson

GTM

Rebecca is focused on creating, distributing, and orchestrating Agemo's marketing initiatives. Beyond work, you'll find her writing, trying new cafés, and probably playing tennis.

Rithul Palazhi

Ops

Rithul spends his days making life easier for builders at Agemo. He's all about cutting out the tedious stuff—building smart automations that handle the repetitive tasks nobody wants to do. But it's not just about the tech for him; he genuinely loves connecting with builders and making sure we're solving the problems that matter to them. Outside of work, you'll probably catch him smashing ping pong balls or binge-watching Shark Tank episodes (he's secretly hoping to spot the next unicorn before anyone else does).
